72 BMA Long Course Circular Has Been Published
Bornill News: Bangladesh Army
has published 72 BMA Long Course circular. If anyone has intension to be a
proud officer of Bangladesh Army, You can apply for preliminary selection. The
application form will be given from July 1, 2012 to August 23, 2012 in
Bangladesh Army cantonment. You can also apply by their website which name is
Join Bangladesh Army. All required are same as before. But GPA is raised in 4. Each exam (SSC & HSC) must have at least 4 and 4 that's GPA 8. If any candidate have GPA 5 both SSC & HSC without fourth subject, after Preliminary Selection, he or she will send ISSB directly.
To be a commissioned officer, you have to face following steps
to be admitted in Bangladesh Military Academy (BMA). After two years training
you will be a commissioned officer as a second lieutenant in Bangladesh Army.
Preliminary
Selection
- External Medical Test
- Viva
(It will
held in one day. For this Bangladesh Army will issue Call up Letter)
Written
Exam
(If you passed Preliminary Selection, You
will called Written Exam)
(Written
Exam will held after one month from Preliminary Selection Date)
Written Exam will be taken in four subjects,
1.
Bangla ( 1 hour )
2.
English (1 hour )
3.
General Mathematics ( 1 hour )
4.
General Knowledge ( 30 minutes )
(After Bangla
and English Exam, You will get break half an hour approximately)
ISSB
Inter Services Selection Board
(If you are selected in written exam, you will
called in ISSB after about 2 months)
(This exam will held for four days in
ISSB)
(Day-wise Sequence of Activities)
Regular and Other Courses:
Total 4 days test for all fully boarded
candidates.
Day 1 - Morning
o Candidates report to ISSB by 07:30 hours
o Welcome address
o Intelligence and Picture Perception and Description test (PPDT)
o Announcement of screening out result
(Screened out candidates will not
attend the subsequent tests)
Day 1 - Afternoon
o Personality Test
o Essay writing (Bangla & English)
Day 2
o Group Discussion-1 (Bangla & English)
o Progressive Group Task (PGT)
o Half Group Task (HGT)
o Extempore Speech
o
Individual Obstacle (IO)
o Interview
Day 3
o Planning Exercise (Written & Discussion)
o Command Tasks (CT)
o Mutual Assessment
o Interview
Day 4
- Assessment conference
- Announcement
of final results and Final Briefing
Final Medical TestFinal Medical Test will held in Combined Military Hospital (CMH)(After finishing This, Candidates will get joining date for BMA)
